Ahmedabad, Jan 15 : The Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, country's premium business school, today announced its fifth edition of 'Amaethon' at its campus here, during the Agri-business Summit from January 16-18.
With the theme of 'Identify, Innovate and Integrate', the largest Agri-business summit in Asia-Pacific will aim at celebrating the increasing recognition of agri-business sector and sensitise leaders on the new avenues, associated activities, hurdles and suitable reforms required for facilitation and enablement of the sector, an IIM-A release said.
''In 2008, we played host to over 2,600 participants from more than 80 B-schools and 33 Agricultural Universities across India and abroad. This year, we are back with overwhelming thrust to redefine the scope of agri-business and lay out the blueprints to turn wheels of this omnipotent green engine of development,'' it added.
Rasna MD and Chairman Piruz Khambatta, MPFI joint secretary Ajit Kumar and former Gujarat chief secretary Praveen Laheri will participate in the 'Amaethon'.
